Thibaud Syre

Thibaud SYRE is co-founder of AlpesVision, a centre of advanced optometry in Grenoble, specialising in the adaptation of made to measure contact lenses. His expertise is primarily in ortho-keratology and scleral lenses, for which he is known nationally and internationally.

He actively participates in the work of several learned societies, such as the AFELC (French Association of Contact Lens Experts), the Scleral Lens Education Society, and the European Academy of Orthokeratology and Myopia Control.

Alongside his clinical practice, he works on ocular surface disorders, particularly those related to dry eye and Meibomian gland dysfunction. His passion for designing custom rigid contact lenses has led him to collaborate with various laboratories as a consultant and to develop several exclusive geometries. A regular speaker at French-language and international conferences, he is committed to sharing scientific advances and clinical innovations in specialized contact lenses.
